I wanted to express my sincere gratitude and surprise for the wonderful moving experience that I had with Infinity during my move on July 3rd. 2005. I can certainly compliment Rev first as she was the reason that I chose Infinity Moving over all the other bids I received She were extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive and kind during the proposal process Based on this, I hoped and assumed that Rev must represent a moving company that also exemplified those characteristics. Like most people, I was dreading the whole moving experience especially after reading the stories on CraigsList and recalling my previous moves in which the movers were late, rude, unprofessional and extremely slow in order to increase the cost ofthe move I was fortunate enough to have Raz, Sam and Tiba (I can only hope I am spelling their names correctly) for my move on that Sunday They were kind enough to notify me ahead of time that they were running slightly behind schedule Throughout the entire move, they were not only extremely professional and efficient, but incredibly nice and respectful to me as well as my oversized dog Max (who was constantly underfoot and trying to lure them into playing ball with him) Sam was even kind enough to bring Max water once we reached the apartment I was moving to I can honestly say that I have never seen anyone move as fast and effectively as these three men They were able to move my entire apartment in the time that it took previous movers to wrap and move 4 pieces of furniture Once they completed the move, I presented Raz with the tip that I felt was reflective ofthe service they provided He explained to me that the tip was overly generous and atypical and offered to let me reduce the amount I was so surprised as I have had the experience of being asked for more money I did not reduce the amount and happily gave it to them for their honesty and hard work. Needless to say, thanks to Rev, Raz, Sam and Tiba, Infinity Moving will be my first choice for local and any future long distance moves I have already recommended two friends recently and have raved about my fantastic moving experience to everyone I know!
